The legacy software growth penalty

Most freight software charges you more for growing.

Traditional transportation management systems bill $100–$250 per user seat each month, or take a percentage of your freight. Add an agent or haul more volume and the software bill climbs right along with you. QuickShip removes that penalty — a flat monthly subscription, unlimited users on every broker plan, and never a cut of your freight.

QuickShip vs. legacy TMS, line by line Legacy & enterprise TMS WCA QuickShip
Broker user licensing $100–$250 / seat / month Unlimited users on every broker plan
Per-load transaction fee Per-load charge or percentage cut $0 — none, ever
Cut of freight revenue 0.5%–1.0% of freight spend 0% — subscription only
Carrier fleet billing Tiered brackets & module fees Per power unit, priced in steps — adding a truck never lowers the bill
Time to onboard 6–12 month consulting projects Self-guided — days, not months

Hours of Service

Anti-fraud shield

Flag double-brokering and new-authority (chameleon) risk from source-backed FMCSA facts. On broker Growth and Enterprise plans.

Rate intelligence

Lane rate confidence bands on every plan, and weekly lane rate history on broker Growth and Enterprise — estimates, never quotes.

ERP export

Export freight bills to QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and SAP import formats on Enterprise plans; every plan includes a standard export.

Your team operates every tool on your own freight and data. QuickShip never books, matches or arranges freight, and never takes a cut of it.

Check both sides

Every counterparty’s public record, in one place.

See each carrier or broker’s public FMCSA record — operating authority, insurance filing, and formal safety rating — in one place, so your team’s vetting takes minutes. You decide who to work with; QuickShip surfaces the facts.

Sourced for your review — not an approval, a recommendation, or a shipment-specific insurance assessment.

How the records are presented
Shown on every counterparty you review
  • Operating authority Active and not out-of-service.
  • Insurance filing on file FMCSA financial-responsibility filing status.
  • Formal safety rating Current FMCSA rating, shown when available.
  • Double-broker screen Flags broker-only authority with no carrier authority.
  • New-authority flag Authority under 180 days flagged for a closer look.
  • Truck count on file FMCSA-reported, not self-reported.
What you keep

The flat-rate difference, in real numbers.

A mid-sized brokerage running 15 agents on a typical per-seat TMS pays for every seat, every month. On QuickShip's Growth Broker plan, the same team pays one flat price with unlimited seats.

Illustrative comparison using typical market seat pricing; your actual saving depends on your current tools and team size. QuickShip adds no per-load fee.

Typical per-seat TMS 15 seats × $150 / month
$27,000 / yr
QuickShip Growth Broker $299 / month flat, unlimited seats
$3,588 / yr
$23,412 saved per year — about 86% less software overhead

Before you decide

Questions about the software.

Direct answers about estimates, verification, plans, and customer decisions.

Browse all questions
Is the rate a firm quote? +

No. The software provides a rate estimate with a confidence band, clearly labeled as an estimate. It is not a quote; your team decides what rate to offer or accept.

What carrier checks does the software show? +

The software shows each carrier's public FMCSA record with its source and the date it was checked, and applies documented eligibility rules to who can book or request loads. These checks are not an approval or a recommendation. Customers review the facts and choose their own counterparties.

How much does it cost? +

WCA provides QuickShip by subscription. There is no per-load or per-transaction fee and no percentage of freight.

Where do you operate? +

QuickShip is software for credentialed carriers, brokers and shipping companies across the United States. Lane-level rate context is shown where data exists and expands as your team uses the software; the example lanes shown are illustrative. Your organization runs its own freight operations wherever it does business.

What about double-brokering? +

The software can surface public authority facts for customer review. Those facts are informational; customers make their own carrier-selection and booking decisions.
