Annual billing is ten monthly payments for twelve months of service, about 17% off. Your FMCSA-reported power-unit count and each price step are shown before checkout; your team accepts any changed amount before renewal.
30-day trial, card required
Every self-serve plan — carrier, broker and shipper — includes the full product for 30 days on your account's first subscription, with a card collected at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial the plan renews automatically each billing period at the listed price until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing yourself — no call required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
WCA bills the software subscription separately from freight payment arrangements. Carrier price steps use power units retrieved from the carrier's FMCSA record.
What the subscription costs in context
At no more than $39 per FMCSA-reported power unit on a $20,000 monthly gross, the software subscription is under 0.2% of gross, and less per truck as the fleet grows. This is cost context only, not a promise of load sourcing, recovery or negotiation by the software vendor.

Your subscription is separate from freight payments
QuickShip is provided by WCA for a subscription price. No fee is added when a load is posted, booked or completed.
No per-load charge
There is no fee for posting, booking or completing a load. WCA is paid by software subscription, not by freight activity.
Your freight money is not ours
Payment goes directly to the carrier, or to its factor. It does not flow through us, and the software never touches it.
No percentage of freight
WCA earns subscription revenue only. There is no per-load, per-transaction, or percentage-of-freight fee.
Stated up front, not discovered at checkout.
No setup fee
There is no separate setup charge. Account access is included with the selected plan.
Annual saves two months
Pay yearly and two months are free, about 17% off. The list price does not move; the discount is the two months.
30-day trial, card required
Your first subscription on an account includes the full product for 30 days, with a card collected at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial the plan renews automatically each billing period at the listed price until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing yourself — no call required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
One number changes with volume
For carriers, your FMCSA-reported power-unit count sets the price (priced in steps, so a bigger fleet pays a lower average) — and nothing else. Broker and shipper plans are flat. No per-load fee, no per-lookup fee, no per-seat charge, no per-document charge.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a fee when a load moves? +
No. WCA charges for the software subscription only. There is no per-load, per-transaction or percentage-of-freight fee.
Then what am I paying for? +
The software: sourced compliance facts, document assembly, surcharge calculations, settlement visibility, and a complete, verifiable record. It is a subscription, billed separately from any freight transaction.
How are carrier and broker plans priced? +
Carrier plans are per FMCSA-reported power unit per month, priced in steps: $39 for the first truck, $35 each for trucks 2–10, $29 for 11–25, $25 for 26–100 and $19 for 101–500. Each truck is priced at its own step, so adding one never lowers your bill — 10 trucks are $354 a month and 100 trucks are $2,664. Broker plans are per company per month — Boutique $99, Growth $299, Enterprise $699 — each with unlimited users. Annual billing is ten monthly payments for twelve months of service.
How is my billable power-unit count decided? +
From the power units on your FMCSA record, read at checkout and again before each renewal. It is not a number you type in, and it is not a number we can change by hand at billing time. If your fleet shrinks, your next renewal is priced lower. If it grows, we email you at least 30 days before the higher price applies. If your record shows no power units yet, you are billed as one truck.
We run more than 500 trucks. How are we priced? +
Fleets above 500 power units are priced on an Enterprise Fleet contract: the same steps continue at lower rates, up to a monthly ceiling. The count still comes from your FMCSA record. Contact us to set it up.
Do broker plans really include unlimited users? +
Yes. Every broker plan is a single flat company price with unlimited users — add agents and dispatchers without any per-seat charge. There is no per-seat fee on any plan.
What do the plans include? +
Carrier plans provide sourced FMCSA facts, document tools, fuel surcharge calculations, settlement visibility, and a complete, verifiable record. Broker plans provide carrier information, source-backed verification and a customer-controlled diligence record, with anti-fraud screening, lane analytics and ERP export on higher tiers. Features are subject to the plan and current availability.
Is there a trial, and do you need a card? +
Every self-serve plan includes a 30-day trial on your account's first subscription. A payment card is collected at checkout; nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial the subscription renews automatically each billing period at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel yourself any time from Billing — no phone call needed; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Is there a setup fee? +
There is no separate setup fee for the listed plans.
How are shipping-company plans priced? +
The Mid-Market shipper plan is $199 per month, covering up to 100 load posts a month, with load-feasibility tools, carrier compliance visibility and a documents and proof-of-delivery trail. Larger cargo owners are on a custom Enterprise plan — contact WCA to size it. There is no per-load or percentage-of-freight fee on any shipper plan.
Does the software choose carriers? +
No. Customers post their own loads, and carriers choose whether to book or request them, as each load's poster allows. Customers make all carrier-selection and booking decisions.
