Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

WCA Transportations LLC (doing business as WCA QuickShip) aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the product, not an afterthought, and we test it as the site evolves.

2. What we have done

  • Semantic structure — proper headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page.
  • Keyboard operable — all navigation, including the "Explore" menu, works with the keyboard and shows visible focus; no action requires a mouse.
  • Accessible menus — the navigation uses ARIA roles and states (aria-haspopup, aria-expanded, role="menu") so its state is announced.
  • Color & contrast — text is sized and colored for readable contrast against its background, and we avoid conveying meaning by color alone.
  • Reduced motion — we honor the operating-system "reduce motion" setting and keep motion minimal and non-essential.
  • Responsive & zoomable — the layout reflows cleanly on small screens and when text is enlarged.
  • Descriptive links & alt text — links read meaningfully out of context, and images carry text alternatives.

3. Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing. Some content is still being expanded, and third-party components (for example the payment flow handled by Stripe) are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with their own accessibility commitments. If you hit a barrier we have not caught, please tell us — reports directly shape what we fix next.

4. How to report a barrier

If any part of WCA is hard to use with assistive technology, email accessibility@wcaquickship.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will work with you on an alternative way to get what you need in the meantime.

5. Standards reference

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — W3C.
  • We also follow the spirit of Section 508 and the ADA's effective-communication principles for digital services.
