Shipper tools in the QuickShip subscription

WCA provides QuickShip, subscription software for shipping companies. Your team uses it to manage its own loads, documents and status records, review public FMCSA facts and rate estimates, and choose every carrier and make every freight decision.

Posting a load, step by step

  1. Describe the load — lane (origin → destination), pickup window, and equipment (dry van).
  2. Review a rate estimate — see an estimated range with a confidence band. It is not a quote or an offer from a carrier.
  3. Choose your counterparties — your team decides which carrier to work with.
  4. Keep the record — record status updates and documents as your own freight activity progresses.

Vet the carriers you use, faster. The carrier lookup shows each carrier’s public FMCSA record — operating authority, insurance filing, and formal safety rating — so your team’s diligence takes minutes. Documented eligibility rules apply to who can book or request loads; your team makes the carrier choice.
Public facts on the carriers you review For your review
  • Operating authority Active and not out-of-service.
  • Insurance filing on file FMCSA financial-responsibility filing status.
  • Formal safety rating Current FMCSA rating, shown when available.
  • Double-broker screen Flags broker-only authority with no carrier authority.

Team records and larger programs

Keep linked broker and customer accounts, load details and shipment histories together in one connected record your authorized team can see. The Mid-Market plan covers posting and managing your own loads; larger cargo owners can add multi-facility dock and yard scheduling, SKU-level landed-cost allocation and ERP export on the Enterprise plan.

Across every plan the rule is the same: you post and manage your own loads and choose your own carriers. The software never matches, shortlists or recommends a carrier for you.

Honest pricing

WCA sells the software by subscription and charges no per-load, per-transaction or percentage fee. Freight agreements and payments are between the parties. The subscription is billed separately — see pricing.
