QuickShipFreight software
FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

Is the rate a firm quote? +

No. The software provides a rate estimate with a confidence band, clearly labeled as an estimate. It is not a quote; your team decides what rate to offer or accept.

What carrier checks does the software show? +

The software shows each carrier's public FMCSA record with its source and the date it was checked, and applies documented eligibility rules to who can book or request loads. These checks are not an approval or a recommendation. Customers review the facts and choose their own counterparties.

How much does it cost? +

WCA provides QuickShip by subscription. There is no per-load or per-transaction fee and no percentage of freight.

Where do you operate? +

QuickShip is software for credentialed carriers, brokers and shipping companies across the United States. Lane-level rate context is shown where data exists and expands as your team uses the software; the example lanes shown are illustrative. Your organization runs its own freight operations wherever it does business.

What about double-brokering? +

The software can surface public authority facts for customer review. Those facts are informational; customers make their own carrier-selection and booking decisions.

Do you charge per user seat? +

No. Every broker plan includes unlimited users at one flat company price. Carrier plans are billed per FMCSA-reported power unit, and there is no per-seat charge on any plan.

How long does onboarding take? +

Onboarding is self-guided: set up your workspace, invite your team, and start posting, booking or requesting loads. Most teams are running in days, not the months a traditional TMS rollout takes.

Can QuickShip connect to our ERP? +

Every plan includes a standard freight-bill export. Broker Enterprise and Enterprise Cargo Owner plans also export in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and SAP import formats, which your team imports into its accounting system. A live authenticated push into an ERP tenant is on the roadmap.
