WCA is the software vendor; you run your business

QuickShip is a subscription software product for carrier operations. You use its tools to manage your own freight records and documents, find and choose loads, negotiate your own terms, and decide whether to accept each opportunity. The software vendor is not your agent and does not source loads or make freight decisions for you.

What you're signing — in plain terms

Software subscription

The subscription covers access to freight software. It is not a dispatch, agency or freight-arranging service.

Your decisions stay yours

You review available information, choose loads and counterparties, and make your own agreements. The subscription does not authorize the software vendor to act for you or make freight decisions.

How you get paid

Your freight payment arrangements are made with your customer or factoring company under your own agreements. The software subscription is billed separately per FMCSA-reported power unit; see pricing.

Review insurance requirements for your operation. Requirements depend on the service and applicable agreements. The public FMCSA filing shown in QuickShip is not a review of policy terms or shipment-specific cargo coverage. Confirm coverage with your insurer or authorized producer.

You stay in control

No load is ever booked on your behalf without your explicit acceptance, and you keep full control of your trucks, drivers, and schedule. See Legal & Compliance for the full framework.
