Verification as diligence

The software retrieves and records sourced FMCSA facts for customers to review. These records are informational; customers make their own diligence and carrier-selection decisions. Documented FMCSA eligibility checks also apply to who can book or request loads.

Read each record in context. A public insurance filing is not a review of policy terms or shipment-specific cargo coverage. FMCSA's Safety Measurement System data is not a formal safety rating; see FMCSA guidance.

Tamper-evident records

Verification records, event logs, and security events are kept as tamper-evident, append-only records — they cannot be quietly edited or deleted after the fact. If a decision is ever questioned, the original evidence is intact.

Legal, public data only. Software data retrieval uses the public FMCSA API and public fuel data (U.S. EIA). It does not scrape gated load boards or use illicitly obtained data.
